Accuracy has long been the nemesis of all golfers.  In this section, you will learn how the Torc Swingtrainer can help you overcome this and develop pin point accuracy.

The design of the golf club takes on an "L" shape where the clubhead and shaft meet.  This shape along with the added weight of the clubhead, has a natural tendency to force the "toe" of the clubhead over as you swing past the address point of the golf swing.  Experienced golfers can feel this sensation and can control both the amount of rotation as well as the timing.  This is known as being able to "shape your shot" or drawing/fading the ball in a controlled manner.

With the Torc placed at the top end of the shaft, closest to the grip end, will counter balance the weight of the clubhead.  As a result, the clubhead no longer has that tendency to turn over as it did without the Torc in position.  By practicing with the Torc at the grip end and simply removing it after a few swings you will enhance the sensation of the clubhead turning when the Torc is removed.  This exercise consists of several minutes of repeating the drill while paying close attention to the wrist action.  The "turning of the wrist" will be more obvious and give you a better understanding of how difficult shots are made. 

Delaying the clubhead will open the face which results in a fade (to right handed golfers), while advancing the turn will close the face resulting with a draw.  Being able to control the timing will help you shape practically any shot you desire.
